FreeRedesign the existing Team Offshore website into a premium, modern, high-converting corporate homepage.
REFERENCE WEBSITE: https://www.teamsoffshore.com/
IMPORTANT: Use the existing website as the primary source for the company's actual content, services, business identity, terminology, imagery and contact information.
Do NOT invent company facts, statistics, clients, certifications, awards, locations, project results or business claims.
The redesign should preserve factual business information while completely upgrading the visual design, UX, layout, branding and engagement strategy.
Create a homepage that immediately captures attention and encourages visitors to explore Team Offshore's services and eventually make contact.
The design priority is:
Immediate understanding
Strong visual impact
Trust and credibility
Service discovery
User engagement
Clear conversion paths
Premium modern branding
Accessibility
Fast-loading implementation
This should look like a professionally designed international B2B/offshore company website, not a generic website template.
Create a sophisticated offshore / marine / industrial corporate aesthetic.
Visual characteristics:
Use generous whitespace, strong typography, sophisticated image composition and a structured grid.
Avoid:
The website should feel established and capable rather than trendy for the sake of being trendy.
Create a refined visual identity around the existing Team Offshore brand.
Use the existing logo if it is suitable.
If the current logo needs visual refinement, preserve its core identity while improving its presentation.
Create a restrained corporate color palette based on the company's existing identity and offshore/marine environment.

"Contact Us" or "Let's Talk"
Do not make the CTA excessively large.
Use subtle sticky-header behavior when scrolling.
The header must immediately communicate professionalism.
Mobile:
Completely redesign the hero.
This is the most important section of the page.
The hero must communicate the company's value proposition within seconds.
Use a concise, powerful headline based on the actual company positioning.
Do not use generic phrases such as:
"We are the best offshore company."
Instead, create a confident and specific headline based on the existing website's actual business.
Structure:
Eyebrow / small label
Strong H1 headline
Short supporting paragraph
Primary CTA
Secondary CTA
Large immersive visual
The primary CTA should encourage service exploration.
Examples of CTA direction:

"Start a Conversation"
Use whichever wording best matches the actual website content.
Use the strongest relevant image available from the existing website where appropriate.
If a better visual is needed, use professional imagery representing:
Photography must feel authentic and premium.
Avoid generic corporate meeting photos.
Prefer:
The hero image should become a major visual anchor.
Do not allow imagery to overpower the headline.
Ensure text remains readable.
At 1440px desktop width, the following must be visible without scrolling:
The first viewport must feel complete and intentional.
Immediately after the hero, create a compact credibility section.
Use only verified information from the existing website.
Possible content:
If numerical data is not available, do not invent numbers.
Instead use concise trust statements.
This section should visually transition visitors from:
"Who are they?"
to:
"They appear credible."
Make the Services section one of the strongest parts of the homepage.
Use the actual services discovered from the existing website.
Do not invent services.
Create visually engaging service cards or modular blocks.
Each service should contain:
Avoid large paragraphs.
Use a premium grid system.
Desktop: Use 3-column or an editorial/asymmetric layout depending on the number of services.
Tablet: 2-column layout.
Mobile: 1-column layout.
Cards should have subtle hover interactions.
Examples:
Keep interaction restrained.
Create a visually strong section explaining what makes Team Offshore valuable.
Use actual content from the current website.
Structure:
Large image / visual
Short eyebrow
Strong headline
Concise paragraph
3–4 supporting points
CTA
Use an asymmetric editorial composition rather than a generic 50/50 corporate block.
This section should communicate expertise and differentiation.
If the existing website identifies industries, sectors or applications, create a dedicated interactive section.
Use visual cards or a horizontal exploration system.
Each category should encourage visitors to click deeper.
Use relevant imagery.
Do not fabricate industries that are not supported by the existing website.
If Team Offshore has actual projects, case studies, vessels, operations or client work shown on the existing website, create a visually compelling showcase.
Use:
Do not invent project information.
If the current site does not contain sufficient project information, do not create fake projects.
Instead strengthen the Services / Capabilities section.
Create a concise benefit-driven section.
Use verified differentiators from the current website.

Expertise
Reliability
Safety
Technical Capability

Supporting text should be concise.
Primary CTA:
"Contact Us"
Secondary CTA:
"Explore Our Services"
Use a strong image, dark background or refined brand treatment.
This section should create a clear conversion moment.
Make contacting Team Offshore easy.

Keep it clean and compact.
Design the homepage around progressive engagement.
The user journey should be:
HERO ↓ TRUST ↓ SERVICES ↓ CAPABILITIES ↓ INDUSTRIES / EXPERIENCE ↓ WHY TEAM OFFSHORE ↓ CONTACT CTA
Use contextual CTAs throughout the page.
Do not force users to return to the header to find the next action.
Every major section should provide a logical next step.
Use subtle professional interactions:
Avoid excessive animation.
Animations should feel premium and fast.
Respect reduced-motion preferences.
Create fully responsive layouts.
Desktop: 1440px primary target.
Tablet: 768–1024px.
Mobile: 375–430px.
Do not simply scale the desktop design down.
Recompose the layout for smaller screens.
Mobile priorities:
Follow WCAG AA principles.
Ensure:
All text must remain editable HTML/text content.
Never embed important text into images.
Design for fast loading.
Use:
Do not sacrifice performance for decorative effects.
Use a modern professional sans-serif font.
Create a clear typography system:
H1: Large, bold, confident.
H2: Strong section headlines.
H3: Service/card headings.
Body: Highly readable and restrained.
Labels: Small, uppercase or medium-weight where appropriate.
Avoid excessive font sizes.
Ensure typography works naturally at 1440px, tablet and mobile.
Create a reusable visual system for future pages.
Define consistent:
Future pages should be able to follow the same visual language.
The final homepage should look like a high-end redesign submitted by an experienced UX/UI designer for a competitive design contest.
The result must be:
Modern but not trendy.
Premium but not excessive.
Corporate but not boring.
Technical but approachable.
Visual but highly usable.
Conversion-focused without feeling sales-heavy.
Most importantly, the redesign should make visitors want to continue exploring the Team Offshore website.
DO NOT merely rearrange the existing website.
Create a genuinely new homepage experience while preserving accurate business information and brand recognition.
Prioritize visual hierarchy, engagement, service discovery and conversion above decorative elements.
Generate the strongest possible high-fidelity homepage concept with desktop, tablet and mobile responsiveness.
