Electric portal: a neon frame of spectral light for hero backgrounds
Electric portal swaps the disc for the Portal geometry, a rounded square traced by a ring of light with a glowing edge on both its inner and outer side. Color travels around the frame from hot pink through soft peach to patches of blue-violet, and Light bloom at 62 lets it burn like neon against the near-black background. The empty center is the point: drop a product shot, a sign-up card or a single call to action inside and the frame does the rest.
Make it yours
Make room inside the frame
Shape opening is 58, which keeps the portal compact. Push it toward 90 for a slightly wider doorway, and use Subject scale above 100 to grow the whole frame until it crops at the edges of the canvas.
Cool the neon down
Light bloom at 62 gives the frame its hot, electric halo. Bring it down to about 35 for a crisp line that sits quietly behind UI, or keep it and choose Light sweep under Motion behavior so the glow rises and falls when you press Play.
FAQ
What can I place inside a portal light background?
Anything that needs a spotlight: a device mockup, a pricing card, a logo or a short headline. The Portal geometry keeps its center close to the Background color, so content stays readable, and you can drag the artwork or set Position X and Position Y to line the frame up with your layout.
