Side A: a black record sleeve with a cyan-edged Lissajous ribbon
Side A is a record sleeve in black with a single electric cyan. On the left of the Split layout, Low stands in condensed white and Frequencies switches to a cyan serif italic, while the right panel is filled edge to edge by a Lissajous ribbon of 60 white hairlines whose outer strand glows cyan. A Symmetry of 7 against a Resonance of 6 gives the figure its slow, nearly balanced weave.
Make it yours
Fill the side panel
Shape scale at 110 lets the ribbon run off the top, foot and right edge of its panel, which reads as a close crop of a larger figure. Pull it back to about 75 to show the whole Lissajous knot inside the column rule.
Credit the record
The Eyebrow holds the catalogue number, the Body is the liner note and the Footer lists side timings and speed. Keep Body to two lines: it hangs from the top of the left column and should leave the space above the title open.
FAQ
Why does Side A use asterisks around Frequencies?
Asterisks in the Headline mark the word to emphasise. Frequencies is wrapped in them, so it moves from the condensed white face to a serif italic in the cyan Accent, which gives the title a second voice without a second text field.
