Prism Columns: violet and aqua columns interlocking on a midnight ground
Prism Columns splits the canvas into 18 equal vertical bars of random height. Bars alternate between hanging from the top edge and standing on the bottom, so they interlock like teeth, and a faint diagonal line across each one suggests a faceted prism face. One bar in three is aqua, the others step through five shades of electric violet, and Depth at 80 keeps them strongly opaque against midnight indigo.

Change the column width
Element count sets how many bars share the width of the canvas. It is 18 here; drop Element count to 6 for broad architectural slabs, or go to 28 for a fine barcode rhythm.
Tilt the skyline
Rotation is 0, so the bars stand upright. Try Rotation at 90 to turn them into horizontal shelves, or 15 for a slight lean that adds energy to a Campaign layout. New Variation values give new bar heights.
FAQ
How is Prism Columns different from Folded Stripes?
Both are vertical and dark, but they behave differently. Prism Columns has upright bars of uneven height with background showing between their ends, in cool violet and aqua. Folded Stripes covers the full height with leaning yellow and pink stripes and cuts a curved band across them. Pick Prism Columns for structure, Folded Stripes for impact.
