Ray crown: a cobalt sunburst SVG shape with solid rays and an open center
Forty-four solid bars radiate from a hollow middle in cobalt blue on cool off-white. Ray length rises and falls four times around the circle, which is why the silhouette looks closer to a soft four-pointed star than a plain sunburst. Use it for badges, launch graphics and anywhere a logo or avatar can sit in the empty center.
Make it yours
Cut the ray count for a badge
Element count is 44, close to the 48 maximum, so the rays read as fine ticks. Try 12 to 16 for chunky bars that survive small sizes such as app icons or a stamp in the Profile preview.
Resize the hollow center
Open space is set to 35. Raising it toward 60 widens the empty middle and makes every ray shorter and slimmer, leaving room for a logo; lowering it to 10 pulls the rays almost to the center for a denser burst.
FAQ
How do I make every ray the same length?
Set Curvature to 0. In this system Curvature controls how much the ray length varies and Complexity sets how many times it peaks around the circle, 4 in this preset. With Curvature at 0 the tips land on one clean circle. The rays are filled shapes, so Weight has no visible effect on them.
How it works
Choose a system
Pick one of 24 geometric systems, from Ray crown and Iris fold to Latitude cage and Twist tower.
Shape the geometry
Set density, detail, bend, openness, weight, scale, rotation and offset, and change the variation for a new arrangement.
Color, frame and use it
Set paper, primary, secondary and accent colors, choose landscape, square or portrait, then sign in with a free UX Pilot account to use it on the canvas or export it.
