Violet silk: a smooth violet and peach diagonal light effect
Violet silk is a two-color preset: Spectrum is Custom, blending a saturated violet Ink into a soft peach Accent. The diagonal field carries that blend across a dark indigo backdrop at an Angle of 325, and a Curvature of 70 makes the band billow the way fabric does when it is pulled through the air. Complexity is kept at 3, so there are few hard lines and the surface feels like satin more than glass.
Make it yours
Change the fabric color
Ink and Accent drive everything here. Keep the recipe of one deep, saturated Ink and one pale, warm Accent, for example teal with cream, and the silk quality survives the recolor.
Give the cloth more folds
A Complexity of 3 draws only a few highlights along the band. Step it up to 6 or 7 for tighter pleats of light, and widen Spread from 46 to around 65 so the extra detail has room.
FAQ
Does this preset fit a SaaS landing page?
It fits well, because violet-to-peach on dark indigo sits close to the palettes many product sites already use, and the diagonal leaves opposite corners free for a headline and a call to action. Open the Landing page and Feature previews to judge it in context before you take it to the UX Pilot canvas, which needs a free account.
