Champagne foil: tight gold pleats with lilac shadows
Champagne foil takes the Pleats sculpture to 6 folds and Surface tension 70, so many narrow S-curves ripple diagonally across the frame like crumpled gold foil. Champagne gold #b59565 and a cream Light color #f5ead0 dominate, while the lilac grey First color #9894b2 slips into the grooves as fine cool lines. With Light direction at 220 the brightest sheen gathers on the lower right, ideal for luxury invitations, awards, spirits and premium product launches.
Make it yours
Turn champagne into rose gold
Shift Second color from #b59565 toward a coppery pink and warm the Light color slightly. The pleats keep their foil texture, but the look moves from champagne to rose gold.
Calm the foil
Six folds and Surface tension 70 make a busy surface. For text-heavy layouts, drop Fold frequency to 3 and Surface tension to 45 so the pleats widen into slow, readable waves.
FAQ
Does Champagne foil work as a gold background?
Yes. Champagne gold and cream cover most of the surface, and the lilac First color only appears in the grooves. For a richer, deeper gold, darken Background and raise Reflection contrast above 72 so the shadows between the pleats deepen.
