Diamond lounge: nested diamonds in orange, green and blush on cream
Diamond lounge uses the Diamonds pattern, where every module is a square turned on its point and filled with four nested diamonds that step toward the center. Grid density 8 and Module spacing at 15 set rows of about five diamonds with clear cream Background between them. Orange, forest green and blush pink, along with a salmon and a coral mixed from the orange, shift one step in color order from each diamond to the next, which gives the grid a gentle diagonal rhythm like a mid-century hotel carpet.
Make it yours
Pack the diamonds point to point
Set Module spacing to 0 and each diamond grows until its points meet its neighbors, turning the rows into a continuous harlequin grid. Around 30 they shrink into small, separate gems on a wide cream field.
Change the color order
Variation seed shifts which of the five tones each diamond starts with. Step it from 419 through the next few values to decide whether forest green lands on the outer ring or at the center of the diamond behind your headline.
FAQ
Why do the diamonds have sharp corners when other looks are rounded?
The Diamonds pattern is drawn as solid, straight-edged shapes, so its points stay sharp whatever the Corner softness. The rounded looks come from patterns built out of bands with round ends, such as Circuit, Arches and Weave, which makes Diamond lounge the more tailored, architectural choice.
