Bulletin: a bright caption poster with a chunky blue and red wave
Nothing about Bulletin is formal. Its wave is small, at a Shape scale of 66, but drawn with the thickest stroke of any preset, a Line width of 2.5, and bent by a Warp of 52 until it wobbles like a hand-drawn squiggle. Royal blue Ink runs into red Accent on pale yellow cream paper, and the caption layout places "Short notes, on time." below the art like the masthead of a staff newsletter.
Make it yours
Straighten the squiggle
Warp at 52 is the highest of any starting point and gives the wave its doodled character. Halve it to around 25 and the line settles into a regular ripple, which looks more like a chart and less like a scribble.
Version it for every issue
Keep Layout, colors and Line width fixed, update the issue number in Eyebrow, and nudge Phase from 10 by a few degrees each week. Readers get a recognizable header that is never quite the same twice.
FAQ
Can I use this as an email newsletter header?
Yes, that is the most natural use for it. Keep the Headline brief so it stays legible on phones, trim Body to a single line, and check the Mobile preview before you commit. Exports come as HTML or JSON and need a free UX Pilot account, as does placing the poster on the UX Pilot canvas.
