Neon sign text: glowing glass tubes on a brick wall
Neon sign bends one glass tube along every stroke of the letters, as a sign maker does, and lights it from inside: a white hot core, a saturated color around it and a halo that spills across the brick wall behind. Every other word takes the second color, each stroke ends in a dark electrode, the tubes stand on posts over a clear acrylic backer, and in motion the gas flickers now and then like a real sign.
Make it yours
Pick two tube colors
Letter color lights the first word and every other word after it, Accent color the rest. Hot pink with cyan, or warm amber with violet, both read as real neon.
Thicken the tubes
Depth sets how thick the glass tubes are and Glow how far their light spreads across the wall. Keep the background dark so the halo and the light on the wall stay visible.
