Handheld green: four green shades and ordered dither dots
Handheld green maps your picture onto the four greens of early handheld game screens, from a near-black forest green to a pale pea green. Bayer 4 × 4 ordered dithering fills the steps between them with tidy dot patterns on 8-pixel blocks, and Contrast at 25 keeps the subject from sinking into the darkest shade.

Fit a tiny screen
Set Canvas frame to 1:1 or 4:5 and raise Pixel size to 12, so the picture is about as many pixels across as an old handheld screen could show.
Cleaner shapes
Busy photos can turn into green noise. Set Dithering to None for flat areas in just four greens, or raise Contrast to 40 so most of the frame lands on a single shade.
