Gold gauze: a curtain of golden rays curling into two loops
Gold gauze reuses the Curtain structure but trades the night sky for warm black and the aurora greens for gold: a ribbon of fine vertical rays loops across the frame and rolls into two bright curls. Filament density sits at the maximum of 100, about 4,300 strands, so the rays read as a woven gauze rather than separate lines. Fold complexity 6 and Subject scale 125 tighten the folds and bring them close to the viewer.
Make it yours
Unroll the curls
Fluid tension at 55 sets how deeply the curtain folds toward and away from you. Lower it to about 25 and the curls straighten into a gentle wave of golden light.
Warm it toward copper
First color #C9A227 gives the gold its body. Swap it for a copper such as #B8642E and keep Second color dark, and the gauze glows like old brass in lamplight.
FAQ
How is Gold gauze different from Aurora curtain?
Both use the Curtain structure. Gold gauze adds more folds, the densest filaments and a larger scale, so the band coils into curls, and it swaps the cool sky colors for gold on a warm black ground.
How it works
Pick a structure
Start from one of 16 looks such as Plum smoke, Aurora curtain or Spectral prism, or choose one of 8 flow structures: tide, iris, wings, cells, division, shell, curtain or corona.
Tune the light
Shape it with fold complexity, fluid tension and filament density, then set translucency, edge contrast, the iridescent edge and membrane edge softness for the glow. Drag the artwork to place it.
Color and use it
Set the background, first, second and light colors, press Play for a seamless loop of about 17 seconds, then sign in with a free UX Pilot account to use it on the canvas or export it.
