Terminal banner: Standard FIGlet letters on a green screen

Terminal banner is the look ASCII Text Lab opens with: your text in FIGlet's Standard font, drawn in phosphor green on a near-black screen. The Terminal style adds fine scanlines and a dark vignette, and a Glow of 55 gives every stroke the soft halo of an old CRT monitor.

Make it yours

• 01

  Match your terminal theme

Set Text color to the foreground of your own terminal theme and Background to its window color, so a PNG of the banner sits naturally next to screenshots of your tool.

• 02

  Keep it sharp when small

On a small badge or slide the halo can blur thin strokes together. Lower Glow to about 20, or switch Style to Plain, before you download the PNG.
