Slant header: forward-leaning FIGlet letters for a README
Slant header sets your text in FIGlet's Slant font, where every letter leans forward on strokes of slashes and underscores. It is drawn in near-black ink on a warm off-white background with no glow, so it reads like the plain text it is once you paste it into a README.
Make it yours
Paste it as a code block
Choose Copy as Markdown in the Export menu and the banner arrives inside a code fence. Keep Max width at 80 or below, so it fits a README on most screens without scrolling.
Tighten long names
Slant letters already overlap a little. If a long project name wraps to two lines, set Letter spacing to Smushed, which merges neighboring strokes and saves a few columns.
