Sprinkles: pastel crosses and a lilac star with an offset shadow
Sprinkles scatters small crosses, Shape scale 16, in pink, sky blue and the violet between them over a blush white background. Randomness sits at 60, enough to feel hand-tossed while the underlying grid still holds. The hero is a lilac five-point star with Soft at 30 and an Offset shadow, tipped by -8 degrees like a sticker, and the grain is kept light at 25 so the pastels stay clean.
Make it yours
Turn the star into a badge
Shadow is set to Offset, which is where the sticker look comes from. Increase Points from 5 to 12 and move Inner radius from 48 up toward 80, and the star becomes a scalloped seal you can sit a price or a label on.
Try a gift-wrap repeat
Change Layout from Square to Brick so every other row shifts sideways, then bring Randomness down from 60 to about 25: the crosses start to look like printed wrapping paper instead of a loose scatter.
FAQ
Is the Sprinkles pattern too busy to sit behind text?
Not at these settings. The crosses are small and widely spaced (Spacing 240), and the pastels stay close to the blush background, so dark body text keeps its contrast. If a card still feels noisy, lower the pattern's Opacity to about 60 or slide the star away from the copy with Shape center X.
How it works
Build the pattern
Pick a motif and a square, brick or hex layout, then set scale, spacing, weight, rotation, two pattern colors and a background.
Add a shape and a texture
Place one of 8 shapes with a solid, outline or gradient fill, then layer one of 9 textures with a blend mode and opacity.
Frame and use it
Choose a ratio from 1:1 to 9:16, preview it in hero, card and mobile layouts, then sign in with a free UX Pilot account to use it on the canvas or export it.
